Leaks!
We value and read every one of your reviews and the most common issue is leaky goggles.
Luckily our wide range of goggle shapes and sizes means that with a bit of trial and error, we can find a fit for most face, eye contour and nose bridges.
The golden rule is to try them before a swim and apply the ‘suction test.’ This is the small amount of grip when the eye pieces are held in the sockets, and you lean forwards.

The "ultimate safety net"
One thing sets us apart from almost any other prescription retailers. Most optical shops (especially online ones) will not refund prescription items because they are "customised to your needs." However, here at Prescription-Swimming-Goggles.co.uk we have a very generous returns and refund policy that significantly lowers the risk for you:
1. The "Try Before You Get Wet" Rule
Our policy is simple: You can return or exchange any goggles (including prescription ones) for a refund, provided they have not been worn in the water.
The Test: You should try them on as soon as they arrive following our tips and video. Press them to your face to check the suction and look around to check the clarity.
The Condition: As long as they are still in "as new" condition and haven't touched pool chemicals or salt water, they will take them back if you are unhappy with the fit or the power.
2. The Custom-Made "Sample" Loophole
For the Custom-Made goggles (for high astigmatism or power), we have an even better system to prevent issues:
Instead of just supplying the goggles and hoping they fit, we allow you to try the "blank" frames first.
You pay a deposit, we send you the frame, you try it for fit/suction, and send it back. Only then do we glaze them with your exact prescription. This guarantees you don't pay for custom lenses that leak.
3. Clear Fitting Guidance
To help you avoid needing a return in the first place, our "Garry Goggles" video and online fitting guides show you exactly how to test the suction (the "lean forward and press" test) without needing to get in a pool.
The Comparison:
High-Street Opticians: Usually much harder to get a refund if you just "don't like the fit" once the lenses are made.
Amazon/Speedo: Often only sell "all-in-one" kits. If you need a different power in each eye, you often have to buy two pairs and DIY them, which usually voids any return policy.
Prescription-Swimming-Goggles.co.uk: We can even handle the assembly for you and still offer the refund, which is why we maintain a 4.8/5 rating.
It sounds like you've found the most "risk-free" way to get high-quality vision in the pool.
Trust your eyes to the experts and deter the blur for good.
